Before Starting I am gonna tell you something about Poha cutlet…
First of all, Poha Cutlet is crispy and tasty Snack. You can make this Snack in your snack time. and also You can make it any time whenever your mind is eating some crispy. When Someone suddenly comes to your home and you have no things to make a different snack so due to that reason you make this snack very easily. And it does not take many things. It takes only some Basic things.
Poha Cutlet is very easy to make and The taste of Poha Cutlet is very delicious. When I made this snack for my first time at home, my family have loved the taste of it. You can also make this and surprise your family and your children.
For this recipe, all you need is some Poha and some basic things.
If you are a snack lover then this is an easy recipe to make a snack. Try this recipe.
Now Without wasting time I am gonna tell you the recipe of Poha Cutlet…
- Poha/ Flattened rice- 250gm
- Mashed Boiled Potatoes – 1 Cup
- 1 Onion – Finely Chopped
- 1 Capsicum- Finely Chopped
- Salt – (to taste)
- Oil – (for frying)
- Cornflour – 2 tbsp
- Bread Crumb- 4 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – ½ tbsp
- 1 tbsp – Coriander Powder
- ½ Tbsp – Garam Masala Powder
- Amchur Powder- 1tbsp
- 2 Green Chili – (Chopped)
- Chopped Ginger – (Chopped)
HOW TO MAKE POHA CUTLET RECIPE :
First of all, Take a bowl and soak the Flattened rice in water for 2-3 minutes. Now filter the Flattened rice, which separates the Flattened rice and water.
Now take a bowl and add some soaked Flattened Rice and add some Mashed Boiled Potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, capsicum, ginger, and now add some of the basic spices like red chili powder, salt (to taste), coriander powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder and mix it well. And Now give it a cutlet’s shape of this.
Now take a small bowl and add 2 spoons cornflour and some water.
Take a cutlet and place it in cornflour paste and remove it from the paste and now put it in pieces of bread, so that the breadcrumbs stick well on it.
Take a Kadai on normal heat and add some oil for frying.
Fry the cutlet well until becomes golden.
Finally, Poha Cutlet is ready for serving. Serve it with Tomato Ketchup.
