So Good to see You all After a long time. For some reasons, I have not posted a blog a very long time but now I will post regularly as soon as possible. 

So Today I am gonna tell you How to Make Perfect Veg Frankie at Home. This Recipe is very easy to make at home. All of you can make this Snack at Your Home.  

This is the best recipe for Leftover Chapati.  Frankie is very delicious breakfast snack, you may also use as an evening snack it is really healthy delicious with all important & easily available ingredients it takes only 15 min to prepare mostly vegetables are available in our home. kids who don’t eat vegetables will also like the taste as it tastes like pizza roll homemade hygienic & very tasty I keep on trying for my kid you can also give in school tiffin as an evening snack or as a meal also ..now let’s c the ingredients & method of cooking & then serve them.

Without wasting time Lets get started the Veg Frankie…..

Veg Frankie Recipe by MY KITCHEN VEG RECIPES BY VIDHI RASTOGI

Ingredients:

  • Atta ( whole wheat)
  • Ghee/butter
  • Salt 
  • Vegetable ( onion, capsicum, peas, carrot, sweet corn, bell pepper red/ yellow)
  • Amul cheese 
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes 

Method for the dough:

Knead atta ( whole wheat) add 1 tsp of ghee + salt to taste keep it aside let it rest for 15 min cover it with a soft cotton cloth ( wetted).

Method for stuffing:

Take a non stick pan add 1 tsp of yellow butter add cumin seeds roasted it lightly add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp sauté it lightly now add 1-2 chopped onion once it becomes golden brown sauté 1 sliced capsicum + 1 thin sliced carrot+ hand full of sweet corns you can also used peas & (bell pepper yellow / red optional).

once all vegetable is steamed properly u can add salt to taste + 1 sachet oregano+ 1 sachet chili flakes. -+ 1 cubes of grated amulet cheese Now let this stuffing is cool meanwhile start rolling the dough as prepared earlier make a thin paratha roast lightly with ghee: butter with this put light mayonnaise or ketchup/ pizza sauce/ pasta sauce now put the stuffing in prepared paratha make it a role as seen in picture cover with foil & put tooth pic to stick the stuffing & serve your kids he/ she will surely like it 😋😋healthy food can be given in packed school tiffin👍
